Compliance Analyst - policy monitoring (Spokane, WA)

Redstone Ashton Civic Services is looking for a Compliance Analyst. The job centres on policy monitoring for permits, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Train staff on requirements for permits. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. What we are looking for • Careful reading and clear writing. • Comfort saying no politely. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with case files. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Spokane. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
