Compliance Analyst - policy monitoring (Spokane, WA)

Rivermark Fern Transit Planning plans bus and rail service for cities around Spokane. We are hiring a Compliance Analyst to take on policy monitoring. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Train staff on requirements for survey data. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. What we are looking for • Comfort saying no politely. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Careful reading and clear writing. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with fare systems. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Spokane, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
