Westbrook Mill Environmental Services Group is looking for a Compliance Analyst. The job centres on policy monitoring for service complaints, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Safety briefings happen every morning. What you will do • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Train staff on requirements for service complaints. What we are looking for • Comfort saying no politely. • Careful reading and clear writing. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. Nice to have • Experience with recycling loads. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Spokane. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
