Compliance Analyst - policy monitoring (Spokane, WA)

Highbridge West Transit Planning Group plans bus and rail service for cities around Spokane. We are hiring a Compliance Analyst to take on policy monitoring. You would join a small organisation of about 76 people based in Spokane. What you will do • Train staff on requirements for route schedules. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. What we are looking for • Comfort saying no politely. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Careful reading and clear writing. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with ridership counts. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Spokane. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
