Compliance Analyst - policy monitoring (Seattle, WA)

Harborlight Mill Care Services Partners is looking for a Compliance Analyst. The job centres on policy monitoring for licensing, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Train staff on requirements for licensing. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Track findings until they are fixed. What we are looking for • Careful reading and clear writing. • Comfort saying no politely. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with client records. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Seattle. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
