Compliance Analyst - policy monitoring (Seattle, WA)

Foxglove Haven Water Authority Partners operates treatment plants and pipelines around Seattle, and we need a Compliance Analyst to lead our policy monitoring. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Seattle. What you will do • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Train staff on requirements for pipe repairs. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. What we are looking for • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Careful reading and clear writing. • Comfort saying no politely. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with billing accounts. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Seattle, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
