Compliance Analyst - policy monitoring (Seattle, WA)

Silverline North Construction delivers building projects for owners across the Seattle region, and we need a Compliance Analyst to lead our policy monitoring. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Seattle. What you will do • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Train staff on requirements for project schedules. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. What we are looking for • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Comfort saying no politely. • Careful reading and clear writing. Nice to have • Experience with change orders. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Seattle. • We reply to every applicant.
