Bluepeak Haven Medical is looking for a Compliance Analyst. The job centres on policy monitoring for clinical evaluations, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in San Jose. What you will do • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Train staff on requirements for clinical evaluations. • Track findings until they are fixed. What we are looking for • Comfort saying no politely. • Careful reading and clear writing. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. Nice to have • Experience with device records. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in San Jose. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
