Compliance Analyst - policy monitoring (San Jose, CA)

We are growing our team at Rivermark Quarry Transit Planning and adding a Compliance Analyst whose main responsibility will be policy monitoring. We like people who ride the bus and notice when things do not work. What you will do • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Train staff on requirements for route schedules. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. What we are looking for • Comfort saying no politely. • Careful reading and clear writing. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with survey data. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in San Jose. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
