Compliance Analyst - policy monitoring (San Jose, CA)

Summit Bridge Care Services provides in-home and community support in San Jose. We are hiring a Compliance Analyst to take on policy monitoring. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Train staff on requirements for client records. What we are looking for • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Comfort saying no politely. • Careful reading and clear writing. Nice to have • Experience with care plans. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in San Jose, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
