Compliance Analyst - policy monitoring (San Jose, CA)

Nova Willow Insurance Group provides coverage to households and businesses around San Jose. We are hiring a Compliance Analyst to take on policy monitoring. You would join a large organisation of about 992 people based in San Jose. What you will do • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Train staff on requirements for catastrophe response. • Track findings until they are fixed. What we are looking for • Careful reading and clear writing. • Comfort saying no politely. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. Nice to have • Experience with claims. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in San Jose, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
