Compliance Analyst - policy monitoring (San Jose, CA)

Summit Rowan Foods produces packaged foods at its San Jose plant. We are hiring a Compliance Analyst to take on policy monitoring. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Track findings until they are fixed. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Train staff on requirements for cold storage. What we are looking for • Careful reading and clear writing. • Comfort saying no politely. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. Nice to have • Experience with allergen controls. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, mornings. • On site in San Jose. • We reply to every applicant.
