Compliance Analyst - policy monitoring (San Jose, CA)

We are growing our team at Cedar Loom Medical and adding a Compliance Analyst whose main responsibility will be policy monitoring. Patient safety shapes every decision. What you will do • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Train staff on requirements for regulatory submissions. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. What we are looking for • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Comfort saying no politely. • Careful reading and clear writing. Nice to have • Experience with production lots. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in San Jose. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
