Compliance Analyst - policy monitoring (San Jose, CA)

Northwind Bright Medical designs and makes medical devices in San Jose. We are hiring a Compliance Analyst to take on policy monitoring. You would join a large organisation of about 243 people based in San Jose. What you will do • Track findings until they are fixed. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Train staff on requirements for regulatory submissions. What we are looking for • Comfort saying no politely. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Careful reading and clear writing. Nice to have • Experience with training materials. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in San Jose. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
