Compliance Analyst - policy monitoring (San Jose, CA)

We are growing our team at Stonegate Wren Inspection Services and adding a Compliance Analyst whose main responsibility will be policy monitoring. You would join a small organisation of about 34 people based in San Jose. What you will do • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Train staff on requirements for client sites. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. What we are looking for • Comfort saying no politely. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Careful reading and clear writing. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with field inspections. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in San Jose. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
