Compliance Analyst - policy monitoring (San Jose, CA)

We are growing our team at Highbridge Cross Foods and adding a Compliance Analyst whose main responsibility will be policy monitoring. We like people who take pride in what they make. What you will do • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Train staff on requirements for production batches. What we are looking for • Comfort saying no politely. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Careful reading and clear writing. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with sanitation schedules. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in San Jose. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
