Compliance Analyst - policy monitoring (San Jose, CA)

Amberfield Ivory Inspection Services Partners is looking for a Compliance Analyst. The job centres on policy monitoring for client sites, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Track findings until they are fixed. • Train staff on requirements for client sites. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. What we are looking for • Careful reading and clear writing. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Comfort saying no politely. Nice to have • Experience with test reports. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in San Jose. • We reply to every applicant.
