Compliance Analyst - policy monitoring (San Diego, CA)

Cedar Keystone Foods is a San Diego food manufacturer supplying grocers and food-service customers. We are hiring a Compliance Analyst to take on policy monitoring. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Train staff on requirements for production batches. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. What we are looking for • Careful reading and clear writing. • Comfort saying no politely. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. Nice to have • Experience with ingredient orders. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in San Diego. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
