Compliance Analyst - policy monitoring (San Diego, CA)

We are growing our team at Lumen Loom Medical Group and adding a Compliance Analyst whose main responsibility will be policy monitoring. You would join a small organisation of about 200 people based in San Diego. What you will do • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Train staff on requirements for training materials. What we are looking for • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Comfort saying no politely. • Careful reading and clear writing. Nice to have • Experience with device records. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in San Diego. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
