Compliance Analyst - policy monitoring (San Diego, CA)

We are growing our team at Harborlight Construction Group and adding a Compliance Analyst whose main responsibility will be policy monitoring. Good people move up quickly. What you will do • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Train staff on requirements for safety records. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. What we are looking for • Comfort saying no politely. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Careful reading and clear writing. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with subcontractor invoices. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in San Diego. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
