Compliance Analyst - policy monitoring (San Diego, CA)

Ironwood Oak Care Services is a social-care provider serving older adults and people with disabilities around San Diego. We are hiring a Compliance Analyst to take on policy monitoring. The work is personal and so is the culture. What you will do • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Train staff on requirements for family communication. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. What we are looking for • Careful reading and clear writing. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Comfort saying no politely. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with caregiver training. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, mornings. • On site in San Diego. • We reply to every applicant.
