Compliance Analyst - policy monitoring (San Diego, CA)

Redstone Cross Health runs clinics and patient services around San Diego. We are hiring a Compliance Analyst to take on policy monitoring. You would join a large organisation of about 397 people based in San Diego. What you will do • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Train staff on requirements for referrals. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. What we are looking for • Careful reading and clear writing. • Comfort saying no politely. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. Nice to have • Experience with insurance authorisations. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in San Diego. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
