Compliance Analyst - policy monitoring (San Diego, CA)

We are growing our team at Greenridge Ivory Banking Services Group and adding a Compliance Analyst whose main responsibility will be policy monitoring. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Train staff on requirements for branch operations. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. What we are looking for • Comfort saying no politely. • Careful reading and clear writing. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with card disputes. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, mornings. • On site in San Diego, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
