Compliance Analyst - policy monitoring (San Diego, CA)

We are growing our team at Redstone Cross Health and adding a Compliance Analyst whose main responsibility will be policy monitoring. You would join a large organisation of about 470 people based in San Diego. What you will do • Track findings until they are fixed. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Train staff on requirements for patient scheduling. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. What we are looking for • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Careful reading and clear writing. • Comfort saying no politely. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with electronic records. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in San Diego, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
