Compliance Analyst - policy monitoring (San Diego, CA)

Nova Harbor Telecom builds and runs fibre and wireless networks in the San Diego area. We are hiring a Compliance Analyst to take on policy monitoring. You would join a small organisation of about 11 people based in San Diego. What you will do • Train staff on requirements for customer tickets. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. What we are looking for • Careful reading and clear writing. • Comfort saying no politely. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. Nice to have • Experience with outage reports. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in San Diego. • We reply to every applicant.
