Compliance Analyst - policy monitoring (San Antonio, TX)

Greenridge Glen Energy delivers power and gas plans across the San Antonio region, and we need a Compliance Analyst to lead our policy monitoring. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Train staff on requirements for meter readings. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. What we are looking for • Careful reading and clear writing. • Comfort saying no politely. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with hardship programmes. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in San Antonio. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
