Compliance Analyst - policy monitoring (San Antonio, TX)

We are growing our team at Rivermark Pike Water Authority and adding a Compliance Analyst whose main responsibility will be policy monitoring. Safety and public health guide our decisions. What you will do • Train staff on requirements for water quality. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. What we are looking for • Careful reading and clear writing. • Comfort saying no politely. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. Nice to have • Experience with capital projects. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in San Antonio, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
