Compliance Analyst - policy monitoring (San Antonio, TX)

Amberfield Forge Environmental Services is an environmental-services company in San Antonio with routes, transfer stations and recycling, and we need a Compliance Analyst to lead our policy monitoring. Safety briefings happen every morning. What you will do • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Train staff on requirements for recycling loads. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. What we are looking for • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Comfort saying no politely. • Careful reading and clear writing. Nice to have • Experience with weigh tickets. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, mornings. • On site in San Antonio. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
