Compliance Analyst - policy monitoring (San Antonio, TX)

Bluepeak West Inspection Services is looking for a Compliance Analyst. The job centres on policy monitoring for test reports, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Independence and accuracy are our product. What you will do • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Train staff on requirements for test reports. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Track findings until they are fixed. What we are looking for • Careful reading and clear writing. • Comfort saying no politely. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with field inspections. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in San Antonio. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
