Compliance Analyst - policy monitoring (San Antonio, TX)

Bluepeak Cedar Civic Services supports public agencies in San Antonio with budgeting, records and programmes, and we need a Compliance Analyst to lead our policy monitoring. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Track findings until they are fixed. • Train staff on requirements for procurement. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. What we are looking for • Careful reading and clear writing. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Comfort saying no politely. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with budget submissions. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in San Antonio, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
