Compliance Analyst - policy monitoring (San Antonio, TX)

We are growing our team at Rivermark Ashton Foods Group and adding a Compliance Analyst whose main responsibility will be policy monitoring. You would join a small organisation of about 48 people based in San Antonio. What you will do • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Train staff on requirements for sanitation schedules. What we are looking for • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Comfort saying no politely. • Careful reading and clear writing. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with production batches. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, mornings. • On site in San Antonio. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
