Compliance Analyst - policy monitoring (San Antonio, TX)

Clearpath Meridian Civic Services provides shared administrative services to local governments around San Antonio. We are hiring a Compliance Analyst to take on policy monitoring. Public service means patience, paperwork and pride in the outcome. What you will do • Train staff on requirements for permits. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. What we are looking for • Careful reading and clear writing. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Comfort saying no politely. Nice to have • Experience with procurement. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, mornings. • On site in San Antonio. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
