Compliance Analyst - policy monitoring (San Antonio, TX)

Northwind Wren Care Services supports families and individuals in San Antonio with personal care and coordination, and we need a Compliance Analyst to lead our policy monitoring. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Train staff on requirements for licensing. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. What we are looking for • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Careful reading and clear writing. • Comfort saying no politely. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with care plans. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in San Antonio. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
