Highbridge Quarry Telecom is a telecommunications provider in San Antonio focused on reliable home and business connections. We are hiring a Compliance Analyst to take on policy monitoring. Technicians and office staff share information daily. What you will do • Track findings until they are fixed. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Train staff on requirements for service installations. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. What we are looking for • Careful reading and clear writing. • Comfort saying no politely. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. Nice to have • Experience with field visits. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in San Antonio. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
