Compliance Analyst - policy monitoring (San Antonio, TX)

Summit Fox Construction Group delivers building projects for owners across the San Antonio region, and we need a Compliance Analyst to lead our policy monitoring. Good people move up quickly. What you will do • Train staff on requirements for change orders. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. What we are looking for • Comfort saying no politely. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Careful reading and clear writing. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with safety records. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in San Antonio. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
