Compliance Analyst - policy monitoring (San Antonio, TX)

Fernwood Keystone Care Services supports families and individuals in San Antonio with personal care and coordination, and we need a Compliance Analyst to lead our policy monitoring. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in San Antonio. What you will do • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Train staff on requirements for family communication. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. What we are looking for • Comfort saying no politely. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Careful reading and clear writing. Nice to have • Experience with licensing. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in San Antonio. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
