Compliance Analyst - policy monitoring (San Antonio, TX)

Foxglove Stone Energy Group is an energy provider in San Antonio focused on reliable service and fair billing. We are hiring a Compliance Analyst to take on policy monitoring. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in San Antonio. What you will do • Train staff on requirements for billing disputes. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. What we are looking for • Comfort saying no politely. • Careful reading and clear writing. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. Nice to have • Experience with outage response. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in San Antonio, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
