Compliance Analyst - policy monitoring (San Antonio, TX)

Nova Forge Energy is an energy provider in San Antonio focused on reliable service and fair billing, and we need a Compliance Analyst to lead our policy monitoring. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Track findings until they are fixed. • Train staff on requirements for billing disputes. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. What we are looking for • Comfort saying no politely. • Careful reading and clear writing. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. Nice to have • Experience with usage data. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in San Antonio. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
