Compliance Analyst - policy monitoring (San Antonio, TX)

We are growing our team at Highbridge Telecom and adding a Compliance Analyst whose main responsibility will be policy monitoring. We keep people connected and take outages personally. What you will do • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Train staff on requirements for service installations. What we are looking for • Careful reading and clear writing. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Comfort saying no politely. Nice to have • Experience with billing accounts. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in San Antonio. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
