Compliance Analyst - policy monitoring (Salt Lake City, UT)

Amberfield Granite Water Authority is a public water utility serving the Salt Lake City area, and we need a Compliance Analyst to lead our policy monitoring. Crews and office staff work closely together. What you will do • Track findings until they are fixed. • Train staff on requirements for treatment plant data. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. What we are looking for • Careful reading and clear writing. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Comfort saying no politely. Nice to have • Experience with pipe repairs. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Salt Lake City. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
