Compliance Analyst - policy monitoring (Salt Lake City, UT)

Stonegate Cobalt Medical Group builds devices used by hospitals and clinics, with its team based in Salt Lake City, and we need a Compliance Analyst to lead our policy monitoring. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Salt Lake City. What you will do • Track findings until they are fixed. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Train staff on requirements for production lots. What we are looking for • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Comfort saying no politely. • Careful reading and clear writing. Nice to have • Experience with device records. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Salt Lake City, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
