Compliance Analyst - policy monitoring (Salt Lake City, UT)

Stonegate Keystone Environmental Services Group serves homes and businesses with collection and disposal in Salt Lake City, and we need a Compliance Analyst to lead our policy monitoring. We take pride in clean streets. What you will do • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Train staff on requirements for service complaints. What we are looking for • Careful reading and clear writing. • Comfort saying no politely. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with fleet maintenance. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Salt Lake City, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
