Compliance Analyst - policy monitoring (Salt Lake City, UT)

Bright Quill Foods is a Salt Lake City food manufacturer supplying grocers and food-service customers, and we need a Compliance Analyst to lead our policy monitoring. You would join a small organisation of about 101 people based in Salt Lake City. What you will do • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Train staff on requirements for production batches. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. What we are looking for • Careful reading and clear writing. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Comfort saying no politely. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with allergen controls. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Salt Lake City, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
