Compliance Analyst - policy monitoring (Salt Lake City, UT)

Harborlight Yarrow Foods makes sauces, snacks and prepared meals in Salt Lake City. We are hiring a Compliance Analyst to take on policy monitoring. Food safety is non-negotiable and we train for it. What you will do • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Train staff on requirements for ingredient orders. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. What we are looking for • Careful reading and clear writing. • Comfort saying no politely. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. Nice to have • Experience with allergen controls. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Salt Lake City, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
