Compliance Analyst - policy monitoring (Salt Lake City, UT)

Northwind Beacon Water Authority operates treatment plants and pipelines around Salt Lake City, and we need a Compliance Analyst to lead our policy monitoring. You would join a small organisation of about 190 people based in Salt Lake City. What you will do • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Train staff on requirements for water quality. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Track findings until they are fixed. What we are looking for • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Comfort saying no politely. • Careful reading and clear writing. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with meter reading. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Salt Lake City. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
