Nova Fern Environmental Services is looking for a Compliance Analyst. The job centres on policy monitoring for fleet maintenance, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 139 people based in Salt Lake City. What you will do • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Train staff on requirements for fleet maintenance. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. What we are looking for • Comfort saying no politely. • Careful reading and clear writing. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with weigh tickets. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Salt Lake City. • We reply to every applicant.
