Compliance Analyst - policy monitoring (Salt Lake City, UT)

Lumen Haven Insurance sells home, auto and small-business insurance in Salt Lake City, and we need a Compliance Analyst to lead our policy monitoring. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Track findings until they are fixed. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Train staff on requirements for catastrophe response. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. What we are looking for • Comfort saying no politely. • Careful reading and clear writing. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. Nice to have • Experience with premium billing. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Salt Lake City. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
