Compliance Analyst - policy monitoring (Salt Lake City, UT)

Northwind Oak Banking Services is a community-focused bank in Salt Lake City serving households and small businesses. We are hiring a Compliance Analyst to take on policy monitoring. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Salt Lake City. What you will do • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Train staff on requirements for card disputes. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. What we are looking for • Careful reading and clear writing. • Comfort saying no politely. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with loan files. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Salt Lake City. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
