Compliance Analyst - policy monitoring (Salt Lake City, UT)

Fernwood Clear Telecom is a telecommunications provider in Salt Lake City focused on reliable home and business connections. We are hiring a Compliance Analyst to take on policy monitoring. We keep people connected and take outages personally. What you will do • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Train staff on requirements for billing accounts. • Track findings until they are fixed. What we are looking for • Comfort saying no politely. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Careful reading and clear writing. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with network equipment. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Salt Lake City. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
