Compliance Analyst - policy monitoring (Sacramento, CA)

Cedar Lakeside Telecom Group provides broadband and phone service around Sacramento, and we need a Compliance Analyst to lead our policy monitoring. You would join a small organisation of about 111 people based in Sacramento. What you will do • Track findings until they are fixed. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Train staff on requirements for billing accounts. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. What we are looking for • Careful reading and clear writing. • Comfort saying no politely. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. Nice to have • Experience with outage reports. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Sacramento. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
